It deals with all credit and debit submission needs, and also has built-in functions to download all your Bacs reports and display them in meaningful formats for the user to action. To kick off the interview I asked Lauren her thoughts on the solution they opted for, InterPay Web DDMS, "Very good software, very practical and straightforward. The staff at Interbacs are very helpful and always on hand to help anytime. Would highly recommend the system. "We were very impressed by the support given and demo’s on how to use the system. "We then went on to ask Lauren if she was happy with the customer service she experienced and if she would ever consider recommending us. “I have been most impressed by the personal touch, the continued support for Interbacs team has been great.
