A Bacs approved bureau is an organisation approved by Pay.UK to submit Bacs payment files on behalf of other businesses. You keep your own Service User Number and control of your payments; the bureau handles the submission.

A bureau submits under your own SUN, so it's worth finding out first whether you can get one: we can help with the application. If a SUN isn't available to you, Direct Debit facilities management is the route. We no longer provide facilities management directly, but we can introduce you to a specialist partner at no charge.
