Shift planning, leave management, and clocking in/out were handled by separate systems, leading to inefficiencies, miscommunication, and wasted time. Our team recognised that juggling these fragmented platforms was holding us back from operating at our full potential. Rather than settling for off-the-shelf solutions that often come with compromises, we saw an opportunity to leverage our greatest asset, our innovative in-house IT and Software Development team. With a clear goal to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience, we set out to build a bespoke rota management system tailored to our unique needs. **A Solution Built from Scratch** Our internal development team took on the challenge with the same agility and problem-solving mindset that defines Interbacs’ approach to software development. The result is a powerful, fully integrated rota management system, designed and built 100% in-house.
